Silkworm Turbo - Robotised Wrapping Machine

Silkworm Turbo The model is fitted with a rotating table and pressing device which achieves high output with different pallet dimension.

The film reel dimension is 1000 mm: this guarantees high adherence during application and grants handling stability to the pallet through the various passages, from the production plant to the final customer.

Silkworm Turbo B - Robotised Wrapping Machine

Silkworm Turbo B Silkworm Turbo B is able to perform the pallet wrapping in two different wrapping positions. During identical wrapping conditions, Silkworm Turbo B achieves higher outputs when compared to the single table version.

Silkworm Biturbo

Silkworm Biturbo Silkworm Biturbo is a wrapping solution which enables the user to manage high-output lines with complete reliability.

The system is provided with 2 wrapping robots, which simultaneously wrap the same pallet located on a rotating table.

Silkworm-Biturbo reduces the time dedicated to the film reel substitution. During the reel change-over, the second robot keeps on working.

- Stability film “Rope”

This pneumatically driven device is installed on the wrapping head and enables the application of a film “rope” during the wrapping operation. The film rope can be applied to the neck of the bottles which forms the upper layer of the pallet, and/or it can be applied on the medium layers. The stability of the pallet during wrapping is guaranteed by the driven pressing device, synchronized with the rotating table through electrical axis (patented system).

- Anticondensate System (patented system)

The system executes the application of holes on the vertical sides of the pallet wrapping. The air circulation prevents the humidity stagnation on the wrapped product. It includes: - 1 pallet chain conveyor.
- 2 pneumatically mobile elements on an axis which are horizontal and perpendicular to the orientation of the pallet (installed on the 2 sides of the conveyor). The 2 mobile elements are installed in order to suit them to the vertical sides of the pallet. A series of warm punches is fixed on the mobile elements, heated by electric resistances. The punches height is adjustable with the vertical position of the executed holes.
